1) Swimmer's Back (NAME & NUMBER) Using a Sharpie (yes, a sharpie), mark BOTH of your swimmer's SHOULDERS. Your swimmer's number will be the same all season, please take note. Also, mark them with their last name. (see photo)
LEFT SHOULDER > LAST NAME
RIGHT SHOULDER > NUMBER
We understand that the children love to decorate their bodies with motivational things like "Eat My Bubbles" - please try to steer clear of crowding your swimmer's shoulder space with anything extra. Use their lower back, bellies, etc. for decorating if desired.
2) On the inside of your swimmer's right or left forearm, write the abbreviation for each event they are participating in.
3) EXAMPLES: Below each abbreviation, write the lane, stroke or lane number, depending on the event they're participating in. (see photos)

On the day of the swim meet - you will be sent the event details for your swimmer. Based on the event schedule, mark your swimmer's arm accordingly.
NOTE: ALL RELAYS are H1-Main Events, so heat is not needed to be marked on the arm.
