Join Asst Coach CJ at our Saturday morning clinics! Please be sure to RSVP so he can be prepared for your arrival! Ensuring knowledge of the underwater aspect of swimming. The clinic will begin with breathing work and work towards technique and speed of underwaters. Swimsuit Pickup Week

Please take part in our offering of a free team swimsuit. The free suits are only offered for pickup from May 18th to May 25th. If you know you're unable to pickup during this time, you can have another parent pick yours up during the window. You can stop in at Keifer Aquatics (formally All American Swim) in Cary at any time to be sized but the free suits will not be available until 5/18-5/25 |
